Hmmm... appears this is the only photo I have of the fifth course -
- spicy fish steamed in banana leaves Balinese-style
- Classic rendang - spicy beef Padang-style with turmeric leaves
- Domba kecap - lamb and chili in a sweet and hot sauce
- Udang blado - spicy prawns with fiery red sauce
- Tempeh - in a Javanese sauce
- Urak arik - stir fried veg and eggs
