My friend, Annamaria, is a fabulous cook and confectioner. We've decided she's a confectioner because pastry chef did not quite cover it when describing her creations. Also, I first experienced refrigerator envy at Annamaria's house because she has three refrigerators/freezers to my one narrow refrigerator.
Annamaria is always happy to share her kitchen knowledge educating us on Hungarian cooking and customs (paprika rules!), how to make the best bread and now, her infamous, decadent Lúdláb torta (translated from Hungarian = Goose Leg cake).
